If you have a policy through Davis Underwriting and you need to make a claim, please contact your own broker immediately. They will need to be notified in order to help you manage your claim effectively.

It is essential you do this, as Davis Underwriting cannot handle your claim for you.

In the event that one of our broker’s clients needs to make a claim, our primary claims role is to be custodians of the claims process. We aim to make sure that claims run smoothly and effectively.

We often advise holding brokers about cover issues when a claim is first notified. But because insurers’ claims handlers deal directly with claimants or their brokers, we do not have day-to-day involvement. However, we will sometimes become more involved if something arises that we can help resolve.
